Jawbone introduces its most advanced activity trackers yet
Jawbone has just announced two new activity trackers that will be available soon in the months ahead - the Up3 and Move.
The Up3 is Jawbone's most advanced activity tracker yet and it will add a host of new features including a skin and ambient temperature sensor. It also has additional sensors that measure what Jawbone calls "bioimpedance" and offers up information such as your heart rate. The sleep tracker has also been improved and can now identify more detailed sleep stages such as REM, deep and light sleep.
Complementing Jawbone's new activity tracker is also the new Smart Coach app. The app is said to be intelligent enough to be able to provide personalized advice, suggestions and challenges to help the wearer lead a healthier and better life.
The Up3 will be available in Diamond Black and Cross Silver and is expected to arrive early next year and will retail for S$288.
Aside from the Up3, Jawbone also announced its new Move activity tracker. The Move is really Jawbone's new entry-level activity tracker and is simpler in its offerings. Unlike the Up3, which can measure your skin temperature and heart rate, the Move simply measures your foot steps and sleep. However, it will be compatible with Jawbone's new Smart Coach app.
The Move will be available before Christmas this year and will retail at just S$85. It will also be available in a variety of colors including black, grey, purple and red.
