Hyundai’s new Click & Drive platform will allow users to buy a car online with a few simple clicks

Hyundai’s new Click & Drive platform will allow users to buy a car online with a few simple clicks

Click & Drive. A new way of buying cars for those who grew up in the digital age.

Hyundai, in collaboration with its local dealer Komoco Motors, will launch its online retail platform called Click & Drive tomorrow.

Click & Drive will enable users to configure and purchase their dream Hyundai car online, and it is the first initiative of its kind by any car brand and auto dealer in Singapore.

Hyundai chose Singapore to be the launch market because of our high degree of internet connectivity and high level of digital savviness. There are plans to roll this out in other markets, beginning with Australia by the end of this year.

Browse the entire Hyundai range in the comfort of your couch, bed, or whatever.

When prospective buyers first visit Click & Drive, they’ll be able to see the entire line-up of Hyundai cars as well as their variants.

They can select individual models to see detailed features and specifications, read up reviews, and even get 360-degree views of the car’s exterior and interior. Next, they can use the configurator to select their car’s color.

Once they have selected their preferred model and color, they will be brought to the finance and budget page where they can select their financing options and get a quote on how much their monthly installments would be. This is arguably the most helpful aspect of Click & Drive as buyers can quickly see how much their monthly installment would be depending on the amount they need to loan.

The configurator lets you have an idea of what your car will look like.

They can also initiate an online chat with sales consultants to find out more about ongoing promotions and even to arrange test drives. It is important to note that Hyundai and Komoco Motors are using live sales consultants instead of chatbots to ensure high quality and personalized responses.

Once loan options are finalized, buyers can proceed to pay the booking fee online via credit card and also to submit the relevant documents for loan approval. Thereafter, a sales consultant will be assigned to each buyer to guide them through the rest of the purchasing process, including loan approval and car collection.

The calculator lets you quickly see how much your monthly installments will be.

Apart from streamlining and making the purchasing process transparent and fuss-free, Click & Drive’s 24/7 availability will also enable buyers to shop at their convenience. Furthermore, seeing that prices fluctuate in response to COE prices, it will allow buyers to secure their dream car at their target prices. Lastly, Click & Drive will also let buyers ask questions via the chat function that they might feel embarrassed to ask in person.

If you are eager to purchase a Hyundai car or experience Click & Drive, the service will go live tomorrow, 9 November, at 12pm at Hyundai.com/sg.
