We've been reporting on Huawei's next major UI update since July 2019. In August 2019, we got our first beta EMUI 10 preview on a P30 Pro. And finally, in November 2019, we began receiving reports of EMUI 10 OTA updates to actual retail devices in Singapore. However, it also seemed to be confined to the P30 family, and there was no official word from Huawei as to the extent of this rollout for their other devices.

Well, Huawei has finally confirmed that the full list of global/international devices that will be receiving EMUI 10 starting this month are the P30 Pro, P30, Mate 20 Pro, Mate 20, Mate 20 X (4G) and Nova 5T.

Additional devices that will get also EMUI 10 in the following months include Porsche Design Mate 20 RS, Mate 20 X (5G), P30 lite, Nova 4e, P20, P20 Pro, Mate 10, Mate 10 Pro, Porsche Design Mate 10, Porsche Design Mate RS, Mate 20 lite, P smart 2019, P smart + 2019, P smart Pro, P Smart Z, Nova 4 and Nova Lite 3

We've tested this today on a Mate 20 Pro in the office and managed to get the update. We weren't able to get it back in November 2019. From our experience, launching a system update check from within Huawei's own HiCare app works better than directly through the phone's Settings menu. It's weird, but it works.
