As part of its CES 2024 announcements, HP has unveiled two new HP Spectre notebooks – the HP Spectre x360 14-inch 2-in-1 and the HP Spectre x360 16-inch 2-in-1.

They feature up to a 2.8K OLED display, a 16:10 aspect ratio, a refresh rate from 48Hz to 120Hz, and IMAX Enhanced Certification. This is all powered by Intel Core Ultra processors as well as an optional NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 notebook GPU for improved AI performance across workloads like photo, video editing, content creation, and collaboration.

The HP Spectre x360s also feature a dedicated AI chip to control security features like walk away lock, wake-on approach, and privacy alerts. It also handles automatic performance optimisation that adjusts fan noise and temperatures based on the applications being used, placement of the notebook, and battery status.

These new Spectre x360 notebooks are the first consumer devices following Poly’s acquisition by HP, to feature audio tuning by Poly to “deliver the best voice clarity and sound”  HP says.
