HP launches 7 monitors that meet different WFH needs and very likely, price points

As part of CES 2022, HP has announced several new monitors in three different series targeting the WFH crowd.

HP Z series

The HP Z34c G3 is a 34-inch curved display with an ultrawide QHD screen that’s colour calibrated to support 99% of the sRGB colour space, as well as 85% of the DCI-P3 gamut. It has a pop-up 5MP webcam, noise-cancelling microphones, and speakers for video calls.

The larger HP Z40c G3’s 40-inch ultrawide UHD curved display and a 5K by 2K pixel array. According to the company, the Z40c G3 is about the size of four 20-inch monitors combined so you can see more, and multi-task easily.

Video conference easily with a pop-up 4K webcam and dual 5W speakers for a complete communications solution.

Both monitors come packed with connectivity and port options. They have HDMI, DisplayPort, four USB-A 3.0 and USB-B ports. There’s also support for an RJ-45 port, and an integrated KVM switch for added convenience.


HP E series

The HP E series consists of three QHD displays, the E24m, E27m, and E34m Conferencing Monitors, and are designed to be an all-in-one conferencing solution, especially as they are all Zoom certified.

They are almost bezel-less on three sides, have a 5MP privacy webcam with improved lighting sensors and supports Windows Hello login. They also have noise-cancelling mics, and front-firing speakers to pick up everything the user says. Connectivity is simple and clutter-free via one USB-C cable.

The largest E34m has a curved 34-inch UltraWide QHD screen that reduces blue light with HP Eye Ease.

HP says that the HP M24 and M27 Webcam Monitors are ideal for people looking for a sleek and easy-to-use conferencing monitor. These IPS FHD displays have a 5MP webcam and dual microphones to pick up audio clearly.

They have a three-sided micro-edge display and HP Eye Ease with Eyesafe certification. Both monitors also come with support for AMD FreeSync so it can also be used as a gaming monitor as it also has integrated dual 2W speakers.
