At CES 2025 HP has unveiled four new laptops and one new workstation that come mainly targeted at business professionals.
The laptops include the HP EliteBook Ultra G1i, HP Elitebook X G1i, HP Elitebook X Flip G1i, and HP ZBook Ultra G1a 14. The workstation is the HP Z2 Mini G1a.

Powered by either an Intel Core Ultra 5 or 7 (series 2) processor, Intel Integrated Graphics, and up to 32GB of RAM, the HP EliteBook Ultra G1i has up to 48 TOPS of NPU performance.
The 3K OLED display has a 120Hz refresh rate, 400nits of brightness, and also has an optional touchscreen alternative. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, USB-C Thunderbolt 4 ports, and one USB-A port.
It also comes with a 9MP camera, dual microphones, a quad speaker design, and an AI-powered Poly Camera Pro for videoconferencing. Even better, now using tools like Auto Frame, Spotlight, Background Blur, and virtual backgrounds save battery life running on the NPU.
The HP EliteBook Ultra G1i will be available on HP.com later this month for a starting price of US$2,019 (~S$2,763.52).
HP Elitebook X G1i and HP Elitebook X Flip G1i

The HP Elitebook X G1i has a 14-inch, 2.5K resolution, touch-screen display, with 120Hz refresh rate and 400nits of brightness. Powered by the Intel Core Ultra Series 2 processor, 32GB of RAM, its NPU delivers 48 TOPs. For video calls, it uses a speaker system fine-tuned by Poly Studio, and a 5MP camera.

With the same specs, the HP Elitebook X Flip G1i has a rotating screen with what HP calls, four use case modes. It also uses the rechargeable Active Pen G3 for writing and drawing on the screen.
The HP EliteBook X G1i and EliteBook X Flip G1i are expected to be available on HP.com in February for a starting price of US$1,999 (~S$2736.14) and US$2,249 (~S$3,078.33) respectively.
HP ZBook Ultra G1a

HP calls its ZBook Ultra G1a “the world’s most powerful 14-inch mobile workstation”. Powered by an AMD Ryzen AI Max PRO processor, up to 128GB of RAM, AMD Radeon integrated graphics with dedicated AI accelerators, giving up to 50 NPU TOPS. Plus, you can even assign up to 96GB RAM to the GPU for seamless multitasking between applications.
The HP ZBook Ultra G1a is expected to be available on HP.com in the Spring of 2025. Pricing will be announced closer to availability.

The workstation counterpart to the HP ZBook Ultra G1a, makes the HP Z2 Mini G1a “the world's most powerful mini workstation”. Much like its laptop counterpart, it is powered by the AMD Ryzen AI Max PRO processor, AMD Radeon integrated graphics, and has up to 128GB of RAM with the ability to assign up to 96 GB exclusively to the GPU for up to 50 NPU TOPS.
Couple this with an internal power supply, it sits easily on a desk, mounted behind a monitor, attached under a desk, slotted in a rack, or in a high-density rack.
It is expected to be available on HP.com in the Spring of 2025 with its pricing announced closer to date.
