A week after unveiling the Nova 4 smartphone, Huawei released the Honor View 20 in China. 

Like the Nova 4, the Honor View 20 sports a hole-punch display with a 25MP selfie camera. The LCD display measures 6.4-inches and boasts a resolution of 2,310 x 1,080 pixels. Having almost no bezels, the Honor View 20 is said to have a screen-to-body ratio of 91.8%! 

Other specs include a chassis with an invisible nano coating texture developed from the use of advanced nanolithography technology, the 48MP rear camera (Sony IMX586 CMOS image sensor) that supports pixel binning for HDR 12MP night shots, a TOF 3D camera for depth sensing, skeletal tracking and real-time motion capture, the flagship Kirin 980 chipset, 6/8GB RAM configurations, 128GB/256GB internal storage options, a 4,000mAh battery, and support for Huawei’s desktop mode. 

The phone will be available for purchase in China from 28 December at US$430 (6GB RAM/128GB internal storage) and US$510 (8GB RAM/128GB internal storage. There is also a Moschino model (8GB RAM/256GB internal storage) priced at US$580, which is a collaboration with the iconic Italian fashion brand. A global launch of the handset is scheduled on 22 January.
