Here are the pre-order bonuses for Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+

Samsung finally announced their official retail price and availability of the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy 8+ flagship smartphones. The news came along with a slew of pre-order details for users who are either getting a unit through their preferred telco, or through a no-contract alternative. We’ve also distilled and categorized each promotion and bonus for easier reference. It’s all below.

Pre-registration of interest through telcos

Pre-registration of Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ starts on 7^th April 2017 (Friday), at 12 P.M. For your convenience, the telco URLs are listed below:

Pre-order at Samsung stores (online and offline)

You can head down to a physical Samsung Experience Store from 12 P.M. onwards on 7^th April 2017 (Friday) to place a pre-order for the smartphones during typical opening hours. Participating stores are listed below:

You can also try to pre-order at Samsung’s pop-up store, Galaxy Studio (here’s a look at last year’s setup). The Galaxy Studio will be active starting from 14^th April 2017, 11 A.M. – you can find it at Civic Plaza, in front of Ngee Ann City.

All physical pre-orders require a S$50 deposit at the preferred locations listed above.

Pre-order bonuses

If you successfully pre-order a Samsung Galaxy S8 or Galaxy S8+, you will receive complimentary Wireless Charger Convertible in Black (worth S$118) upon full payment and collection of said device on 22^nd April 2017.

For users who pre-order non-contract Galaxy S8/Galaxy S8+

If you pre-ordered a no-contract Galaxy S8 or Galaxy S8+ through the following locations:

You will also receive a S$100 Samsung Accessories voucher during collection/delivery of your chosen device, upon full payment. You will still get the above-mentioned charger, too.

For folks pre-ordering through Lazada.sg, they will instead receive a S$100 Samsung Accessories Voucher Promo. We strongly suggest that you check with Lazada Singapore for this unique arrangement.

Promotion for Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ accessories

From 29^th April to 31^th May 2017, there’s a 20% discount for any of the Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ accessories. They can also opt to purchase a Starter Kit at S$98 (U.P. S$168). The Starter Kit consists of a Wireless Charger Stand, Micro USB Cable, Clear Cover, and Screen Protector.

You can partake in this promotion in any of the above-mentioned stores and telcos, but Samsung Singapore advises buyers to check their preferred telco’s promotional period as it may vary between different outfits.

Samsung Concierge

Remember the Singapore-only Samsung Concierge program that debuted last year? Here’s a recap for those who missed out on it.

Samsung Concierge now applies to Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ devices. Folks who previously purchased a Samsung Galaxy S7 or S7 Edge (along with Samsung Concierge) are now eligible for that yearly upgrade. The penalty fee will be waived when they are switching to the S8/S8+ at their current telco. No-contract S7/S7 Edge buyers from 2016 will get S$350 off when getting the new Galaxy S8 or Galaxy S8+ through non-telco alternatives.
