Harvey Norman is celebrating the opening of its new superstore at The Centrepoint by having a grand opening sale this weekend on the 3rd and 4th of October 2020.

The opening of the Centrepoint store is the second store opening in the same number of weeks, following the opening of its Seletar Mall outlet on the 15th September.

The Harvey Norman Centrepoint Superstore will give the public access to electrical, IT, furniture, and bedding products in the heart of town.

The electrical department is stocked with everything from small kitchen appliances, personal care products, washers and dryers for personal use. For the house, there are air conditioners, instant heaters and storage heater options, rain shower displays, TVs, fridges, wine cellars and chest freezers. Besides the regular sales staff, cooking specialists are also on hand to help shoppers make informed decisions.

The IT area showcases interactive displays featuring the latest PCs, laptops and cutting-edge gaming products from vendors like Acer, HP, Lenovo, Samsung, Sony’s PlayStation and Microsoft’s Xbox. Customers will be able to have hands-on experiences with the latest recently launched gadgets like the Samsung Galaxy Note20 series and the Sonos Arc.

Australian-made and Italian designed furniture comprising sofas, coffee tables, dining tables and chairs at various price points will fit into any household. There are also recliners and other homewares from Europe and America as well as more than 2,000 different fabric to choose from for your furniture.

Familiar bedding brands like King Koil, Sealy, Simmons and Tempur will be joined by two new brands from the USA, Serta and Eclipse. For those looking to mix and match their bed frames with other parts of the home, customisation is allowed for most models with up to 2,000 colour options for fabric, leather, and PVC materials. On top of these, you can find children beds, sofa beds, and bedding accessories.

As part of the grand opening, shoppers can expect to see electrical, IT, furniture and bedding products going at discounted prices.

From 3rd and 4th October, shoppers will experience exciting in-store happenings and opening specials.

Those who spend a minimum of S$100 will get a chance to take part in a draw where they can walk away with products such as a Dyson V10 Absolute, King Koil King sized mattress, LG Styler, Samsung Family Hub Refrigerators, Sharp 45-inch TVs, Asus laptops, and more.

On top of that, they can try their hands on the Sure-Win Claw Machine to grab prizes including a blender, rice cooker, Dyson Tower Fan, vouchers and more. Freebies lined up for shoppers include free S$20 Decathlon vouchers with a minimum spend of S$500. Harvey Norman says that the prizes are available while all while stocks.
