Gorilla Mobile users can now exchange Go Tokens for shopping e-vouchers

Gorilla Mobile’s core features, SwitchBack and Go Tokens, are about to be more useful.

The new MVNO announced today (21 October 2021) that accumulated Go Tokens can be exchanged for shopping e-vouchers - specifically those from Sopee, Grab, Shell, Cold Storage, and Esso.

Originally, the blockchain-back SwitchBack feature and its resulting Go Tokens let users convert unused portions of their Gorilla Mobile plan into credits that can offset bills or purchase additional Gorilla Mobile services. Now, the Go Tokens can be used for shopping e-vouchers.

The virtual telco will be running a new subscriber campaign to celebrate Gorilla Mobile’s new partnerships with these participating brands. From October 2021 to 31 March 2022, new Switch25 and Switch45 plan users can receive e-vouchers worth S$25 and S$45, respectively, when porting in with an existing number, or signing up for a new Gorilla Mobile number.
