Google’s Magic Eraser feature, an AI-powered and possibly witchcraft-inspired tool for removing photobombers in your shots, is now coming to non-Pixel phones. That includes Android handsets by other OEMs, and (gasp) the iPhone.

Here’s a quick refresher on Magic Eraser. The feature debuted on the Pixel 6 series back in 2021, giving users the ability to remove distractions from their photos after shooting them. The feature was not only easy to use, but also effective. Google subsequently brought Magic Eraser to the Pixel 7 series

As reported on 9To5Google, Magic Eraser is now available on all Pixel phones, and also phones using Google Photos (the latest version) with a Google One subscription. It works like the Magic Eraser in Pixel 6 and 7 series. One can find the function under the Suggestions or Tools tab when viewing an image in Google Photos.

Per its initial announcement by Google, you can get Magic Eraser on Android and iOS, provided you sign up for a Google One premium membership, which also comes with extra cloud storage for your Google Account, and even noise cancellation in Google Meet video calls (via Google Workspace).
