The Google Pixel Fold is official, more details to come on 10 May
After years of speculation, Google's first foldable phone is official!
Google confirmed in a brief teaser video that the device unfolds in a similar fashion to the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold series. There is also a full-size cover display on the device. Like the recent Pixel phones, the Pixel Fold adopts the Camera Bar aesthetic.
The company did not reveal any information on its specs, pricing or availability, but says more details will come on 10 May at its I/O conference 2023. CNBC claims the Pixel Fold will have the "most durable hinge on a foldable" phone and likely to be priced at least US$1,700.
