GIGABYTE rolls out new AORUS and AERO series notebooks designed for gamers and professionals

With esports and content creation being the massive markets they are today, it should come as no surprise that tech companies like GIGABYTE are constantly pushing out newer and better technologies tailor-made for such purposes.

Speaking of which, if you're in the market for a new notebook, they've just unveiled a number of new models at their 2022 Product Launch Press Conference. Under the tagline "Define Your Vision", they've rolled out a total of six new notebooks - three each for their AORUS and AERO series respectively. Let's have a look.

First up, we have the new AORUS 17, AORUS 15, and AORUS 5, which are designed to deliver amazing gaming experiences above all else. The AORUS 15 and AORUS 5 are tailor-made for competitive gaming and value respectively, while the AORUS 17 is a superbly powerful all-around gaming notebook. Admittedly, that does sound like the marketing copy for almost every other notebook out there, but things get slightly more interesting when you have up to a 17-inch-wide 360Hz display on a 15-inch tall chassis, the latest Intel 12th Gen Intel Core i7 processor, and some of the best NVIDIA RTX 30 series GPUs money can buy all in one. Additionally, the trio also sports the WINDFORCE Infinity copper-cooling Technology with its duo of 59-blade fans, massive fins, and 5 separate heat pipes - promising efficient and reliable cooling through even the most intense gaming sessions.

Over on the AERO end, we've got the AERO 17, AERO 16, and AERO 5, which are designed to offer top-class performances for all your content creation or professional needs. Unlike their AORUS cousins, the new AERO series notebooks emphasise visuals, versatility, and noise control - their 4K OLED displays feature a 16:10 aspect ratio and are certified by VESA TrueDisplay HDR, while the colour accuracy has been tuned by both X-Rite and Pantone. Additionally, they also feature a wealth of different ports to help you stay connected and ready to switch gears at a moment's notice, topped off with a sub-40dB noise level so you don't get distracted by unnecessary whirring.

As an added note, there's also the new GIGABYTE S55U Gaming Monitor, which the company touts as its most versatile yet. You can find out more about it and all six notebooks in the associated trailers below, as well as on the official GIGABYTE site.
