For S$19.99 S$20.36 a month, subscribers who own multiple gadgets will enjoy protection for new and existing connected home devices, including routers, webcams, printers, Smart TVs, laptops, tablets, monitors, soundbars, and more.

Homes are getting smarter, and coverage for new and existing devices are often overlooked.  Since warranties only cover a single device for a limited period, we are offering customers a simple and comprehensive product which covers their home devices in a monthly plan. Through SmartSupport Home, we are pleased to give our customers peace of mind in knowing that they are less likely to incur huge costs in repairs and replacements when tech fails.

This protection covers them for as long as they subscribe to SmartSupport Home, however it does not cover devices with pre-existing conditions prior to subscription. Devices bought after signing up can be covered under SmartSupport Home at no extra cost. Subscribers will enjoy comprehensive coverage on their home devices with SmartSupport Home, which offers repairs and replacements for most device brands, purchased in Singapore from any retailer.

Subscribers will also have access to a free Tech Support to assist with setting up devices or troubleshooting. In addition, customers also gain access to a Security Advisor service, which allows them to safeguard their online identity from hackers and data thieves by scanning for and detecting leaked personal information online.

Submission of claims through SmartSupport Home is simple with doorstep device pick-up and delivery.  Depending on the condition of the device, repairs may take between five to seven business days.

Customers will be able to submit claims 30 days after signing up to Smart Support Home. To do so, they can contact the service partner Asurion directly via a dedicated digital portal made available upon subscription. Insurance protection is underwritten by Liberty Insurance Singapore.
