G-Shock has dropped a new version of its metal square GMW-B5000 G-Shock. This time it comes in red.

This is the new G-Shock GMW-B5000RD-4DR and it features a red ion-plated case and bracelet.

The first metal square G-Shock was launched in 2018 and G-Shock has followed up with numerous versions, including one with a blue ion-plated camo print titanium case, another with a Tron-like grid motif, and then another with a vintage aged ion-plated finish.

Apart from the red ion-plated components, the GMW-B5000RD-4DR is identical to earlier GMW-B5000 models. It is highly resistant to shock and it's water-resistant to 200 metres.

It also has a host of features including chronograph, world time, alarm, and Tough Solar solar charging, and Multi Band 6 time syncing with atomic radio signals.

To better manage and monitor the watch, you can connect it to a smartphone using the G-Shock Connected app.
