Feiyu has a new gimbal that supports mirrorless, compact, phone and action cams

Feiyu has announced a new gimbal that works with four popular types of cameras: mirrorless, compact, phone and action cameras.

Inspired from the design of its Scorp gimbal line, the Feiyu Scorp-Mini boasts a T-shaped handle for a comfortable fit in the hand and integrated suspension handle for low-angle shooting.

The Scorp-Mini has an upgraded W9 Stabilisation Control Algorithm with Optimised Logic for 30% faster response speed, an optimised Pose Estimation Algorithm with 5x better posture accuracy while in motion, and a 1.3-inch OLED display (240 x 240 pixels).

Other features include constant temperature controls for optimal performance during extreme temperature variations, chassis made of aviation-grade aluminum and synthetic macromolecular resin, a battery that offers up to 13 hours of usage and fast charged in 1.6 hours.

The Feiyu Scorp-Mini is available at a super early bird price of US$199 (limited to first 100 customers), US$219 (limited to the next 200 customers), and US$239 on Kickstarter and its website.
