Google is working on a fix to resolve Pixel 2's random reboot issue

According to some users, their Google Pixel 2 and 2 XL phones have been suffering from random reboots.

If it’s any consolation, know that Google has identified what’s causing it. But the fix is only coming in the "coming weeks".

Android Police:

Orrin, a community manager in Google Product Forums’ Pixel User Community, relayed the message you see above to a number of threads that had been created about random reboots. Aside from the facts that a fix has been discovered and that it’ll be rolling out in a couple of weeks, we still don’t have any information about why this was occurring and what the fix does.
