The delays simply won’t stop.

Though a lot of us were likely hoping that Disney would release movies like Black Widow online instead of pushing them back, it looks like that’s not happening. Mulan has been moved all the way back to July 24, 2020 after an indefinite delay, and new dates have been given to Marvel Studios’ upcoming slate of superhero movies as well.

Black Widow is being moved to The Eternals’ previous release date, which is November 6, 2020. The Eternals will not premiere this year at all, but next year instead - on February 12, 2021. After that, almost every MCU release steals another one of its sibling’s release dates.

Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings was set for February 2021, but will release on May 7, 2021 instead. Doctor Strange’s next outing in the Multiverse of Madness will now premiere on November 5, 2021. Thor: Love and Thunder won’t show up that month like it was originally meant to, instead moving to February 18, 2022

An untitled Marvel movie set for a February 2022 release has been removed mysteriously, but another one has been revealed to be Captain Marvel 2. That movie goes from July 29, 2022 to July 8, 2022, because its original release date is now occupied by Indiana Jones 5. Yes, we’re still getting a fifth Indiana Jones movie - potentitally directed by James Mangold, who did Logan.

In other news, Artemis Fowl won’t hit the big screen at all. Instead, it will hit Disney+ as a new original movie for the streaming service. Wes Anderson’s The French Dispatch has also been moved from July 24, 2020 to October 16, 2020. Universal Pictures’ The Candyman was bumped as well, going from June 12, 2020 to September 25, 2020
