Creative announces new triple driver wireless headphones, the Aurvana Trio Wireless
Neckband-styled in-ear headphones may appear unassuming, but they don't have to sound that way. At least, that's what we thought Creative had in mind when they released their latest Aurvana Trio Wireless.
The Creative Aurvana Trio Wireless features a neckband design containing its hybrid triple-driver system. The configuration uses two balanced armature drivers for audio frequencies in the mid and high ranges, alongside a bio-cellulose driver for bass.
As a wireless personal audio solution, the Aurvana Trio Wireless uses Bluetooth 5.0 (through aptX Low Latency, aptX HD and AAC audio codecs) for most of its audio connectivity. Adding to the listening experience is Super Xi-Fi Ready, a preview version of Creative's proprietary audio processing technology that replicates multi-speaker home audio systems in portable audio devices.
Other neat features include its magnetic earbuds made for convenient safekeeping, a built-in Qualcomm cVc 8.0 microphone for clearer calls, and the ability to pair with two audio sources simultaneously. The Creative Aurvana Trio Wireless reportedly has a battery uptime of 20 hours on a single charge.
The headphones are currently available at Creative's official website for S$149.
