Cougar Gaming, a California-based gaming gear company, has released its FV270 mid-tower PC chassis.

While eye-catching, the curved glass panels that show off the FV270's internals are not its only marque feature. The mid-tower chassis also boasts angled fan placements that allow for optimized airflow.

The Cougar FV270 comes in two colors, i.e., black, or white. Regardless of hue, the case boasts a striking angular design, reminiscent of a prism’s sharp edges and flat surfaces. The transparency of the curved glass panels allows the PC builder to highlight his prized components.

For added show-and-tell, there is an optional revolving platform named Center Stage that offers a “dedicated space” to display a collectible of choice, turning the FV270 into a display gallery.

The Cougar FV270 is 531mm tall, slightly taller than a typical mid-tower chassis due to its angled stand. Its roomy interior supports up to an EATX motherboard and can accommodate vertical placement of graphics cards with a generous clearance of up to 450mm.

The chassis comes pre-installed with a 120mm front-intake ARGB PWM fan with a reversed fan blade at the base. The Cougar FV270 supports up to a total of nine cooling fans. There's no worries about dust bunnies infiltrating your "gallery" Fret no as the case boasts of five removable dust filters to keep them at bay.

The Cougar FV270 is priced at US$179 and is available on Amazon and Newegg for customers based in the USA.

Alas, there is no word on local availability; this angular, glassy PC chassis will be available in the United Kingdom in July this year and across the English Channel to Europe by Q3, respectively. For more information on its specifications, head to Cougar Gaming.
