Club 3D Announces Three New MST Hub Models

One year ago, Club 3D introduced its MST (Multi Stream Transport) Hub that lets you add more display devices to an existing desktop or mobile system (that has a DisplayPort output). Now, the company is rolling out the first MST Hub with HDMI outputs.

With the Club 3D MST Hub, every AMD Radeon R9 series card becomes Eyefinity 5- or 6-capable, enabling gamers to play on 5 or even 6 Full HD 1080p monitors in either landscape or portrait mode. It lets you add additional monitors to an existing setup, or to create a new setup using a workstation or laptop fitted with a miniDisplayPort 1.2 output. Professional tablets like the Microsoft Surface Pro 2 that's primed with an Intel i5 processor, Intel HD 4400 graphics (or higher), and miniDisplayPort 1.2 can fully utilize the MST Hub CSV-5300 by expanding the windows desktop to three separate 1080p Full HD monitors.

In addition to the first Club 3D MST Hub which splits a DisplayPort 1.2 signal into three separate DisplayPort outputs, Club 3D has announced three new MST Hub models, expanding the Club 3D SenseVision MST Hub family to include:-

  • CSV-5200: splits a DisplayPort 1.2 signal into two separate DisplayPort outputs and is USB powered
  • CSV-5300H: splits a DisplayPort 1.2 signal into three separate HDMI 1.4 outputs which support audio output too
  • CSV-5400: splits a DisplayPort 1.2 signal into four separate DP outputs

These new models are set to launch in Q3 2014.
