Celebrate Xmas with e-gift cards and interest-free payment plans on Canon's online store
Canon introduces new deals and initiatives for its online e-store
Canon Singapore is introducing some new incentives to get people spending on their eShop, particularly new e-gift cards, same-day delivery for printer supplies and a new interest-free instalment plan.
Firstly, the new e-gift cards will come in six designs and themes and will come in multiple denominations: S$30, S$50 and S$80, S$100, S$200, S$300, S$400 and going up to S$500. Each gift card is valid for up to one year from the date of issue, and receivers of the e-gift card simply need to enter the card's number at checkout. If you're looking for a last-minute gift for a photographer friend, this could help them grab the lens or camera they need.
Secondly, Canon Singapore is partnering with three banks, HSBC, Standard Chartered and OCBC, to introduce new interest-free instalment payment plans. Customers who use credit cards from any of these three banks are able to purchase Canon products through a 6 or 12-month instalment plan, with no interest at all. A minimum purchase of S$500 is needed, however, so take note of that.
Finally, Canon is also launching a same-day delivery plan to cater to those working from home whenever they need printer supplies urgently; specifically ink, toner and paper.
However, this comes with a few caveats: Same-day deliveries can only apply to orders made from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), orders must be made before 11 AM, and a minimum purchase of S$80 must be made.
And while chances are that the majority of readers live outside the following areas, it should be noted that delivery to them is also subject to a S$20 surcharge:
- Changi Airfreight Centre
- Airport Logistics Park of Singapore
- Changi Transit Lounges
- Jurong Port
- Jurong Island
- PSA compound
- MINDEF premises
- Sentosa
- Neo Tiew area
