Another week, another new wireless charger for the iPhone. Case-Mate released a Qi-certified wireless charger which offers a maximum of 7.5W for the iPhone 8/8Plus/X and 9W for Samsung Galaxy devices.
The unique selling point of the Case-Mate Power Pad is its convertible stand which works in both landscape and portrait mode. You can use the removable charging pad for simple lay-flat charging or place it in the included stand for viewing.
Other features include a soft LED light indicator to confirm charge initiation upon contact, a slip-resistant surface and two-year warranty coverage. The Power Pad comes with a 5-foot (1.5m) power cable and 18W Adaptive Quick Charge USB wall adapter.
The Power Pad comes in two color options (black and white) and retails for US$60 (with stand) / US$50 (without stand). Case-Mate is offering an additional 10% discount coupon if you purchase on Amazon.
