Canon's 28-70mm, F2 lens for the EOS R mirrorless camera is now available for S$4,829

Canon has just released three new pro lenses for its cameras: the RF28–70mm F/2L USM, the EF400mm F/2.8L IS III USM, and the EF600mm F/4L IS III USM.

RF28-70mm F/2L USM

Sporting a bright F2 maximum aperture across the zoom range, the RF28–70mm F/2L USM is optimized for Canon’s EOS R mirrorless full-frame camera. It has a control ring on the barrel that can be customized to control shutter speed, aperture, ISO, and exposure compensation. With this launch, all four RF lenses announced by Canon can now be bought in Singapore.

EF400mm F/2.8L IS III USM

Able to accommodate a 52mm filter (drop-in), the EF400mm F/2.8L IS III USM sports a ring USM motor and an improved 5-stop in-lens image stabilization, and has a heat shield coating to prevent the lens from overheating when shooting in the hot sun.

EF600mm F/4L IS III USM

Designed for wildlife, motorsports, or press photography, this EF600mm F/4L IS III USM is a super-telephoto prime lens with a maximum F4 aperture. It features an Air Sphere Coating (ASC) for improved reduction of flare and ghosting, 5-stop image stabilization, and the aforementioned new heat shield coating. Like the 400mm, this L lens features a dust-proof, drip-proof structure and fluorine coating.

The three new Canon lenses are now available for purchase via the Canon eShop and at Canon authorized dealers, priced at S$4,829, S$19,519, and S$21,069 respectively.
