Belkin releases six new MagSafe compatible iPhone 12 accessories
Belkin quietly added six new MagSafe compatible accessories for the iPhone 12 on its website.
The magnetic fitness phone mount comes with a front magnet to attach to the back of the iPhone 12 and a rear magnet to attach securely to magnetic surfaces on gym equipment. A fitness strap, which is included as part of the package, allows you to attach it to handlebars on exercise bikes or treadmills. There is a 360-degree rotational ball joint for you to adjust the phone in any angle to view content while you work out. It is priced at US$34.99.
The magnetic phone mount with face tracking can turn 360 degrees and shoots from any angle in landscape or portrait. A companion app will recognise your face and follow your movements. It requires 3 AA batteries and does not charge the iPhone 12. It is priced at US$64.99.
After releasing a MagSafe 3-in-1 Wireless Charger and a 2-in-1 Wireless Charger Stand, Belkin now has a magnetic wireless charger stand just for the iPhone 12. Unlike the other two wireless chargers, this magnetic wireless charger stand delivers up to 7.5W to the iPhone 12. You can get it for US$34.99.
The magnetic portable wireless charger pad comes in a slim, portable design that you can bring anywhere. It comes with a 2m cable and LED light to indicate if there is any charging interruption. While it works like the official MagSafe charger, Belkin's offering only delivers up to 7.5W. It comes with a retail price tag of US$29.99.
Similar to Hyper and Anker's recent releases, Belkin has a pair of magnetic wireless battery packs. They come in 2,500mAh (US$49.99) and 10,000mAh (US$69.99) options. Both wireless battery packs support pass-through power technology, which means you can charge the iPhone 12 even when the battery pack needs recharging.
Aside from the magnetic portable wireless charging pad which is available now, the other five accessories will be coming soon. There is no word on local pricing and availability.
