The Aura Strap for the Apple Watch.

Introduced as an Apple Watch “Smart Strap” at last year's CES, Aura just “re-launched” it as the Aura Strap at CES 2020.

Priced at US$99, the Aura Strap uses bioimpedance analysis to measure fat and muscle mass in your body. It is also able to track your hydration levels throughout the day. It has a replaceable coin battery (CR2025) that can last up to 6 months, and is water resistant up to 50m.

The companion Aura app will help you understand the measured data and set new fitness goals. Aura states that the strap is compatible with Apple Watch models from Series 1 and HealthKit. It is available in four colour options (Orange-red, green, black and white). You can pre-order now and the first shipment will begin in March.
