First announced at CES 2019, Audeze's new "Team Carbon" colorway for its Mobius gaming headphones are finally coming to Singapore.

Unless you are a dyed-in-the-wool audiophile, the name Audeze might be unfamiliar with you. The company is renown for its high-end planar magnetic headphones like the LCD-MX4 and LCD2 Classic. These often cost upwards of S$1,000 and are targeted squarely at the high-end headphone crowd.

However, the company recognized that it needed to make its product accessible to a wider audience and started introducing more affordable headphones last year. And one of them was the Mobius.

The Mobius is wireless headphone designed for gamers and it features some nifty features like sound localization, head tracking, and room emulation.

The aim is to make it easier for gamers, especially those playing FPS, to make out where sound is coming from. For more information, read our hands-on article.

At any rate, the Mobius is now available in "Team Carbon", which is basically Audeze-speak for black. It is certainly less striking that the earlier "Team Copper" and "Team Blue" colorways.

The Audeze Mobius "Team Carbon" is priced at S$629 and is available at major headphone retailers like AV One, Connect IT, Treoo, and Lazada.
