The ASUS GeForce RTX 4080 Noctua Edition graphics card will be available as part of a limited run starting next week at S$2,499.

The card was announced back in January, featuring two fully integrated Noctua NF-A12x25 fans, each using liquid crystal polymer impellers and metal-reinforced motor hubs. The Noctua Edition card is also equipped with a specially optimised heatsink and vapour chamber to take full advantage of the capabilities of the Noctua fans.

The impeller has an exceptionally low thermal expansion coefficient, according to ASUS, allowing the fan blades to sit just 0.5 mm away from the outer frame. This extremely tight tolerance allows the NF-A12x25 fans to work more efficiently against back pressure by reducing the leakage of airflow ― perfect for a densely-packed GPU fin stack. A metal-reinforced motor hub and axis further support this extremely precise gap between impeller and frame.

The fans move air over the massive heatsink, which was developed in a partnership between ASUS and Noctua engineers. They refined the fin density and heat pipe arrangement of the heatsink, optimising it for the airflow characteristics of the Noctua fans.

To lower noise levels, a smooth acoustic signature, and strong cooling performance, ASUS also expanded the card's total volume. It now occupies a whopping 4.3 slots of space, making it one of the biggest cards available today. The card has a Dual BIOS switch, and Quiet mode is enabled by default to minimise noise right out of the box.

When operating at the GeForce RTX 4080’s TDP of 320 watts, the ASUS GeForce RTX 4080 Noctua Edition peaks at just 61.7°C, according to the company, while maintaining the same noise levels as the GeForce RTX 3070 and RTX 3080 Noctua variants.

It is finished with a custom brown shroud to match the Noctua fans, complemented by the ASUS and Noctua logos on the front and sides.
