Apple rumoured to unveil new MacBook Air and iPads in late March

If the rumours are right, we could be getting a larger 12.9-inch iPad Air.

Bloomberg's Mark Gurman predicts that Apple will have a busy end of March. He says in his latest newsletter that he expects the company to announce a new iPad Air, iPad Pro, and also MacBook Air models.

According to his sources, products of these new devices "are already deep in production overseas." Furthermore, the first beta version of iOS 17.4 has code that references new accessories such as new Magic Keyboards and Apple Pencils.

If the rumours are right, the new iPad Pros could be the first Apple tablets to sport OLED displays. This would be an interesting development because the current 12.9-inch iPad Pro uses a mini-LED display, while the smaller 11-inch model has an LCD display.

As for the iPad Air, rumours are rife about Apple adding a larger 12.9-inch version to the lineup. In fact, the renders have leaked recently.

And finally, Apple is expected to refresh the 13 and 15-inch MacBook Air simultaneously with the company's new M3 chip. To recap, the M3 chip is built on a 3nm process and has an updated GPU with Dynamic Caching and support for hardware-accelerated mesh shading and ray tracing.
