Apple ramps up production of the iPhone X ahead of the holiday season

Shipping estimates for the iPhone X have fallen quite significantly over the past few days but that is due to improved production rather than weak demand.

According to noted Apple analyst, Ming-Chi Kuo, two primary bottlenecks - the LTE antenna and TrueDepth camera - that prevented Foxconn from producing more iPhone X units have been largely resolved.

Kuo says that because of this, production is now up to 450,000 to 550,000 units per day, which is about ten times more than the estimated 50,000 to 150,000 units that Foxconn was producing a month or two ago.

So even though demand remains strong, the much improved production numbers mean Apple is able to adjust shipping estimate timings downward.

Looks like there's a good chance that most people will get their iPhone X just in time for Christmas.
