Apple iPhone 15 might have titanium chassis with rounded back
The Apple iPhone 15 lineup might get a new chassis according to a tip from @VNchocoTaco.
The tipster claims the Apple iPhone 15 will sport a titanium chassis with a new border design and rounded back similar to the iPhone 5C.
Apple adopted a square-edged design for the recent generations of iPhone and iPad. While the design is popular, detractors say the handling is affected as the device is harder to pick up from the surface.
This isn't the first time that the iPhone is rumoured to have a titanium chassis. Jon Prosser shared last year that the iPhone 14 could have titanium frames. With USB-C coming to the iPhone next year, it is timely for Apple to refresh the design of the iPhone.
