Apple iPhone 14 rumoured to have a "complete redesign"

The Apple iPhone 14 is likely to sport a new design according to Bloomberg's Mark Gurman.

In his latest Power On newsletter, Gurman claims that the lack of major changes for the iPhone 13 suggests that Apple has bigger plans for the iPhone 14. He says consumers can expect "new entry-level and Pro models and a complete redesign". In addition, Gurman expects Apple to introduce foldable devices "in a few years".

Gurman's claims are in line with reports from other analysts and tipsters. Earlier this year, analyst Ming-Chi Kuo wrote that Apple may adopt a punch-hole design across the iPhone 14 lineup or start with at least the Pro models.

JP Morgan's investor report in July suggests Apple may use titanium alloy chassis for the iPhone 14 Pro models, which is a hint of a new design language. Tipster Dan Prosser also made a similiar claim this month; he claims the iPhone 14 models will have titanium frames. In addition, he said the iPhone 14 could feature a notch-less display thanks to an under-display Face ID system and the adoption of a punch-hole camera.
