Apple iPad mini 7 might launch in late 2023 or early 2024

The Apple iPad mini 6 was unveiled in September 2021.

Apple iPad mini fans would have to wait at least a year for a new model.

According to analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, Apple is expected to unveil the iPad mini 7 in late 2023 or in the first half of 2014. The next iPad mini will come with a new processor, which is the main selling point for the device.

Kuo says it is unlikely that the iPad mini 7 would be replaced by a foldable iPad in 2025 as both devices occupy different price tiers.

The current Apple iPad mini 6 was announced in September 2021. It sports an 8.3-inch display, A15 chip, USB-C port, Touch ID, 5G connectivity and all-new design with squared-off edges. During our review of the iPad mini 6, we found it to be the best compact tablet consumers can buy due to the modern design, excellent performance, fast Touch ID and compatibility with the 2nd-gen Apple Pencil.
