As expected, Apple just announced that it will be holding a virtual event on 13th October, 10am (US Pacific zone timing). That translates to 1am on 14th October, Singapore time and you can catch it on Apple's homepage.

If you aren't too keen to stay awake, HardwareZone's Facebook and Twitter channels will capture all the bite-sized updates for your follow-up, while you can be sure we'll have local pricing availability information covered in our news articles.

The highlight of the virtual event is certainly the iPhone 12 lineup, which is said to consist of four models with a new design and OLED screens. Do check out our round-up article on what to expect from the new iPhones.

Other new products that could be announced at the event include Apple’s first over-ear headphones, updated Apple TV models with a new remote control, a smaller HomePod model and AirTags.
