A new MacBook Air is rumoured to be arriving in mid-2022 according to analyst Ming-Chi Kuo.

According to Kuo, the new MacBook Air will be introduced in mid-2022 with a 13.3-inch mini-LED display. The timeline suggests that we could be looking at a release at WWDC in June.

The upcoming MacBook Air could come in iMac-style colours. Tipster Jon Prosser claims his source saw a blue prototype. It may be powered by the next-generation Apple chipset, M2 which is built on the 5nm process. Bloomberg reported in January that a thinner, lighter MacBook Air with MagSafe could launch later this year.
