Apple could unveil AirPods Pro with USB-C charging case this year
The Apple AirPods Pro could join Apple in transitioning to USB-C later this year.
Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo claims Apple might release a USB-C variant of the AirPods Pro 2 with shipments expected between Q2 and Q3 of the year. Kuo added that there are no plans to bring USB-C to the AirPods 2 and AirPods 3.
Kuo shared in May 2022 that other Apple products such as the AirPods, Magic Keyboard and Magic Mouse would switch to USB-C "in the foreseeable future". Apple confirmed in October last year that it would switch to USB-C for the iPhone to comply with the EU rules.
