Battery replacement fee for iPhones, iPads and MacBooks to increase from 1 Mar
Apple will be increasing its battery replacement fee for iPhones, iPads and MacBooks from 1st March 2022.
According to Apple's support page, the current out-of-warranty battery service fee (S$99.93) will apply until the end of February. Effective from 1st March, Apple will increase the battery replacement fee by S$30 for all iPhone models except the iPhone 14 lineup.
For the iPad, the out-of-warranty battery service fee will go up by S$44.70 for the iPad Pro 12.9 (5th-gen and older), iPad Pro 11-inch (3rd gen and older), iPad Pro 10.5, iPad Pro 9.7, iPad mini (6th gen and older), and iPad Air (5th gen and older). So add this figure to the current asking price:-

For the Mac laptops, the out-of-warranty battery service fee will increase by S$45.24 for all MacBook Air models and by S$74.31 for all MacBook and MacBook Pro models. If it's due to replace your old laptop's battery, it's probably good to do so soon (with the below-shown price) before the pricing change kicks in.
