With its unbeatable blend of features and ease of use, Apple’s AirTag is, hands down, the best Bluetooth tracker for anyone using an iPhone.
And it got even better late last year when Apple announced a new feature called Share Item Location that lets AirTag owners share the location link of their AirTag.
The feature will help airlines locate their customers' lost or delayed luggage more efficiently and accurately. Photo: Apple
With this feature, a number of airlines have announced they will start accepting Share Item Location links as part of their customer service processes to help locate lost or delayed luggage.
Should luggage go missing or get delayed, travellers can share their luggage's location with their airline and hopefully expedite the recovery process.
Here are the 18 airlines that have implemented or are in the midst of adding support for this new feature:
- Aer Lingus
- Air Canada
- Air New Zealand
- Austrian Airlines
- British Airways
- Brussels Airlines
- Eurowings
- Delta Air Lines
- Iberia Airlines
- KLM Royal Dutch Airlines
- Lufthansa
- Qantas
- Singapore Airlines
- Swiss
- Turkish Airlines
- United Airlines
- Virgin Atlantic
- Vueling
Added on 16 April 2025:

Added on 27 May 2025:
