Anker's new Liberty Air Pro wireless earbuds feature ANC to go after AirPods Pro

It's raining true wireless earbuds but this is one that you ought to take note of. It's the new Soundcore Liberty Air 2 Pro wireless earbuds from Anker.

This is Anker's most advanced true wireless earbuds yet and it has one feature that's fast becoming a must-have and it's this: active noise cancellation (ANC).

It has what Anker calls "Targeted Active Noise Cancelling" which lets you choose your scenario via the Soundcore app to better cancel out ambient sounds.

When you are travelling, use Transport mode to more effectively cancel out the roar and drone of engines. And when you get inside, use Indoor mode to cancel out the sound of human voices.

Sound is reproduced using 11nm drivers that feture PureNote technology which coats the drivers with 10 hardened nano-layers that produce 45% more bass and a claimed 30% wider frequency bandwidth.

Battery life is a claimed 7 hours on a single charge and the provided charging case provides an extra 26 hours of listening time. The cases charges via USB-C and also wirelessly with any Qi-certified wireless charger.

The Anker Liberty Air 2 Pro will be available in four colours: onyx black, titanium white, sapphire blue, and crystal pink. It's available in the US now for US$129.99

No word on local availability and pricing but you can keep a lookout for it on Anker's official stores on Lazada and Shopee.
