Alleged Press Image of HTC One Mini 2 Leaked, Lacks Duo Camera Feature
Similar to its product strategy last year, HTC has plans for a smaller variant of its current flagship smartphone, the One (M8).
Tipster @evleaks posted an alleged press image of the device on Twitter. Known as the One Mini 2 (2014), the upcoming device seems to sport the design and build quality as the One (M8); it has a metal chassis and dual front-facing speakers. However, the One MIni 2 (2014) lacks the Duo Camera feature and only comes with a single LED flash.
The alleged specs of the One Mini 2 (2014) include a 4.5-inch 720p display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 quad-core 1.4GHz processor, 1GB RAM, 16GB internal storage with microSD card slot, a 13-megapixel rear camera, a 5-megapixel front-facing camera and Android 4.4.2 KitKat with HTC Sense 6.
There is no information on the availability and pricing of the One Mini 2 (2014), but it is likely that consumers have to wait for another two months as HTC launched the One Mini last July.
