Being an A75-based motherboard, do take note that the ECS A75F-A Black Deluxe makes use of an FM1 socket. Given its 905 contacts, it means that AM3- (938 pins) as well as the much older AM2-compatible (940 pins) chips will not fit into the FM1 socket. The new socket is designed to work with AMD A series Fusion processors.
