Parallels Desktop 16 is still the best way to run Windows on a Mac, but faces an uncertain future with Apple Silicon on the horizon.

Parallels Access lets you access your desktop machine, whether OS X or Windows, via a mobile device. The newest update to Parallels Access adds support for the 12.9” iPad Pro, as well as 3D Touch for the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus.

Parallels has released an update to Parallels Access, its remote access app for Macs and PCs. Parallels Access 3.0 includes a new large file sharing feature without the need for a cloud service, as well as a new Apple Watch companion app.

Parallels Access 2.0 has arrived on the Google Play Store and allows remote PC/Mac access on Android smartphones and tablets. The iOS app is now universal, extending support for iPhone 4 or later running iOS 7, bringing the "applified" desktop experience to many more touch screens.
