Samsung's mobile chief Roh Tae Moon told reporters at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2022 that the Galaxy Note brand will be replaced by the Ultra lineup.

“The timing of Note model launch can be changed but we seek to release a Note model next year,” said Koh Dong-jin, Co-Chief Executive Officer of Samsung's IT and mobile communications division.

"We’ve also been paying attention to people’s favourite aspects of the Galaxy Note experience and are excited to add some of its most well-loved features to other devices in our lineup."
