LG Electronics has divulged its complete range of televisions for the year ahead, a habit which the South Korean firm is known for before CES goes into full swing in Las Vegas next week.

Loewe unveiled the Connect ID Smart TV at the Loewe Gallery earlier today. The Connect ID is also one of Loewe's most vibrant and expressive Smart TV yet, thanks to its heady mix of six colored covers, black or white bezel frames, and twelve different mounts and stands.

Earlier launched in Korea, the LG UD 3D TV boasts superb picture quality with 8 million pixels per frame, four times the resolution (3840 x 2160) of existing Full HD TV panels, made possible with LG's Triple XD Engine.

Samsung unveiled their new flagship ES9000 Smart TV earlier today, a sleek and polished 75-inch television illuminated by edge-LED backlights. Like the existing ES8000, the 3D-capable ES9000 will carry similar Smart Interactive features such as gesture and voice controls as well.

LG has announced that it is planning to launch its 55-inch OLED TV in Korea this year, followed by other key markets as production ramps up. Also, LG will expand its OLED TV lineup for 2013 with a variety of next-gen products.

TP Vision today announced the new 3D-enabled Philips PFL6900 series of Smart TVs. A headline feature is its frame-less panel, which is set in a 1.2mm rim of brushed, anodized aluminum. The PFL6900 series is available in 42 and 47-inch sizes.

TP Vision has announced at IFA 2012 the Philips 9000 series of full HD Smart LED TVs. Two sizes are available: 46 inches and 60 inches.

Sony has unveiled its first 4K 3D TV at IFA 2012, and it comes in the form of the 84-inch Bravia 84X900.

LG is the first in the world to launch an 84-inch Ultra Definition 3D TV, which is capable of supporting the new 4K display resolution. The 84LM9600 is currently only available in Korea, but LG has said that it will bring the TV to Asia sometime in September 2012.
