Samsung Bespoke Jet AI review: The do-it-all premium floor cleaner
Samsung's Bespoke Jet AI cordless vacuum delivers on intelligent features, practical design, and powerful performance to make cleaning your floor a joy. #samsung #bespokejetai

Hot on the heels of my last review of the LG A9T-Steam, is fellow South Korean chaebol’s flagship vacuum with an All-in-One Station – the Samsung Bespoke Jet AI. Now, this isn’t my first run in with this vacuum. I had previously reviewed it when it was just called Bespoke Jet (sans AI) and brownie points to anyone that caught on the fact it also came in a similar green colourway to my wall. This was back in early 2022 when Samsung first started introducing the Bespoke series of home appliances into Singapore. You can check out our original hands-on and my video review for some context.
Now, I’m linking these previous articles because the Samsung Bespoke Jet AI is almost identical to its predecessor. For the most part, features and functionality haven’t changed, and as such, our hands-on experience and original impressions of its design continue to be relevant even with this latest model.
The TL;DR version:
Powerful, intelligent suction, good battery life, and practical attachments that work well, the Samsung Bespoke Jet AI delivers in spades for wet and dry floor cleaning needs.
Note: You can it from the Samsung Store.
Design and Features
"AI" decals and a a larger protruding motor is what physically set the Bespoke Jet AI apart from its predecessor, but the All-in-One Station is the same as far as I can tell.
I will have to say though, coming from the LG A9T-Steam review, Samsung’s All-in-One Station isn’t as feature-filled as LG’s All-in-One Tower. It empties the vacuum’s bin and charges the battery as you’d expect a docking station to do, but it has no room for storage, and the stand is designed only to fit the main brush head. So, if you happen to have the mop head attached, you can’t immediately dock the vacuum. And because it has no storage, all accessories are stored separately on an external cradle, which I have a love-hate relationship with. I love it because it's handy to carry around while I’m cleaning so I have easy access to all attachments; I hate it because it breaks the designer look of the vacuum, and I end up having to find somewhere to hide the cradle from sight.
The attachment cradle is handy to bring around while cleaning, but it's an eyesore next to the All-in-One Station.
Easy to take apart and clean the bin and filters.
The Bespoke Jet AI vacuum unit itself has two main improvements. Firstly, the motor is more powerful now. The original Bespoke Jet had a 210W motor. The Bespoke Jet AI reviewed here has a 280W Hexajet motor. To make full use of this extra performance, the vacuum also features an AI Mode that senses and automatically adjusts suction power based on floor type and brush load. Note that you need to use the new Slim LED Brush+ nozzle for this AI sensing to work. Use any other brush head and it will revert to standard fixed power settings.
The Bespoke Jet AI will automatically adjust power when moving from different environments like a tiled floor and wooden platform.
Using any other attachment will revert to manual power selection.
I do enjoy the AI mode for the ease of use. Usually, I'd stick with whatever is the standard/medium power setting on a vacuum; low “feels” underpowered, and high/turbo modes eat up too much battery. The Bespoke Jet AI sucks as hard as it needs to keep my floor clean without unnecessarily depleting battery life. I’ve been able to vacuum my entire apartment (around 100 square meters), switch over to the mop head and mop the whole place too on a single charge. It’s quite sensitive too, adjusting on-the-fly as I move from hard tiles, to floor mat, to wooden platform. I’m impressed.
The Slim LED Brush+
Now, let’s talk brush heads. Like the LG A9T-Steam, the Samsung Bespoke Jet AI comes with a new slim brush head with LED lamps. Except, it’s not really that slim compared to the LG, and the LED lamps are equally useless. They don’t really help illuminate dirt unless you’ve got a habit of vacuuming in the dark. In this regard, Dyson's laser illumination cannot be beat. The good thing is that Samsung didn’t find the need to make the brush wide as well, so the Slim LED Brush+ doesn’t feel unwieldy. It rolls well on the ground and can get into most spots around my home with minimal moving of furniture.
Samsung's Slim brush head can technically fit under this cabinet at its slimmest part, but the design isn't flat like the LG one and the LED lamps protrude out further.
Maybe it's my floor, but I've never found any led lights on vacuums to spot dirt unless I'm in complete darkness. Dyson's laser solution is the only one that truly works.
Generally, I’m quite happy with it, but I do want to make a mention of this felt strip that borders the back of the brush head. I assume its purpose is to help maintain a stronger seal on the ground – the LG’s brush head had this too – but I find it to cause dirt to accumulate behind the brush if you tend to use a back-and-forth motion while vacuuming.
The brush strip probably helps maintain suction forward, but if you move the brush head backwards, dirt can get pushed back and stuck behind the brush without being sucked into the vacuum.
Spray Spinning Sweeper
This isn’t a new brush head, but it’s now included as part of the standard package for the Bespoke Jet AI. I remember when reviewing the original Bespoke Jet, this mop head was an optional purchase. So that’s additional value right here. It is also a joy to use. Unlike the LG A9T-Steam’s mop head, which was slow and clunky, the Samsung Spray Spinning Sweeper glides across my floor like a hot knife on butter. It is reminiscent of using a car polishing/buffer tool. I can move it in any direction without feeling like I have to fight for control. And speaking of control, the vacuum allows me to manually spray water only when I feel like it. This way, the little water reservoir bottle is sufficient to cover my entire home, something the LG A9T-Steam’s auto-water dispenser had trouble meeting. I've gotten used to the routine of pre-wetting the mopping pads with water, then filling the bottle with a floor detergent mix, which gives me a really good clean floor.
The mop head glides smoothly, and has a nozzle that directly sprays liquid onto the floor manually controlled by the user.
This tiny bottle is enough to clean a 100sqm apartment, saving so much more water than traditional mop and pail.
Both the vacuum brush head and mop head can go almost flat on the ground to reach under furniture.
Thoughts and conclusion
If you’ve read my LG A9T-Steam review, I made a mention of ergonomics, and how I liked the Bespoke Jet AI’s horizontal layout of its motor and dust bin over LG’s vertical stack. While it’s still going to feel heavy if you try to hold the Bespoke Jet AI above ground with one hand, wrist fatigue was never an issue when using the vacuum normally with either the Slim LED Brush+ or Spray Spinning Sweeper attached.
The horizontal motor, bin, and battery layout makes the Bespoke Jet AI a little easier to hold and maneuver while in use.
Special mention is the Flex Tool to help clean unreachable spots.
The Samsung Bespoke Jet AI retails for S$1,412 for a single battery bundle, or S$1,513 for two batteries. Unless you need to vacuum a really large space, one battery pack is more than sufficient to cover a medium sized apartment. It comes between the Dyson V12s Detect Slim Submarine and LG A9T-Steam in terms of cost, but I feel it offers more value and hygiene than the Dyson because of the auto-bin emptying docking station. It's also more practically functional compared to the LG, with better ergonomics, intelligent power settings, and useful brush heads. This makes the Samsung Bespoke Jet AI an easy recommendation in the space of premium home floor cleaners.
Note: You can purchase the Samsung Bespoke Jet AI series of vacuums from the Samsung Store.
