The Interior

Inside Out

As a medium sized tower casing, the PC-P60 has sufficient space for a standard array of components, though it did feel a tad cramped compared to the bigger cases usually made for gaming enthusiast crowd.

The 120mm fan located at the rear of the casing actually spins the fastest of all the fans in the casing at 1500RPM but is not controllable unlike the forward and top fans

The huge 140mm fan located at the top also has a blue LED glow, though we couldn't really see the light from the top of the case (via the vents).

The HDD cage takes in up to three hard drives, though we found the process of removing the cage and inserting the cage back into the casing annoying due to the mounting method. Also, we did note earlier that the cage itself occupies three 5.25-inch bays, so that effectively leaves six bays free for use. Since there aren't that many 5.25-inch bay devices that people normally use, we would have preferred if Lian Li had provisioned yet another HDD cage for those mounting several hard drives in RAID configurations.

Attaching a hard drive is simple. Slide the drive in, screw in them in place with the anti-vibration rubber padding and hook the HDD onto the grooves as shown. Easy!

The motherboard tray comes pre-drilled with enough holes for most motherboards, and removing the tray is a simple matter of unscrewing the two screws at the back of the casing and sliding the tray out.

Removing the motherboard tray makes installing a motherboard that much easier.

The two clips located at the back of the tray are for the routing of cables behind the motherboard, but do note that space can be a little tight.

The PC-P60 loaded up with a motherboard, video card, hard disk and an optical disc drive.
