Thermaltake has announced the Snow Edition of the Urban S31 mid-tower chassis.
In a brushed aluminum finish, the chassis comes with a steel mesh front door panel to mask the extrusive drive devices (3 ODD and 6 HDD drive bays). The perforated front-top panel houses two USB 3.0 ports, two USB 2.0 ports, a HD microphone, and headset jacks. Top-mounted 2.5- or 3.5-inch HDD Docking Station enables speedy file transfers, while the hot-swap drive replacement design enables easy setup or removal of storage or backup media.
With two pre-installed 120mm fans to optimize system ventilation, the Urban S31 Snow has pre-mounted holes for more ventilation options, letting users build according to their preference. The tool-less innovation with 5.25- and 3.5-inch tool-free drive bay design minimizes the hassles of installing ODD, HDD, and other bay mount devices. Also, rubber grommeted holes are inched to ensure cables can be tucked away for effortless cable management along with liquid cooling tube routing.
