Redesigned Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 Comes with S-Pen and Quad-Core Processor

For a host of reasons, including the fact that there was little differentiation between its build design and the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 was delayed for revisions. We first got our paws on the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 earlier this year at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, and it's been slightly over a month since they mentioned that the final shipping product might not match the one shown at MWC.

The wait is over for now as images of the revised Galaxy Note 10.1 has made its way up on the Internet. It will now come with a slot to store a Samsung S-Pen stylus just like its Galaxy Note counterpart. The S-Pen is said to be made slimmer so as to accommodate the tablet's thinness; thankfully, Samsung will be offering a holder kit to make the pen more user-friendly for users with bigger hands.

Its design is not the only one to be revised however - hardware specs have also been pumped up. The original Galaxy Note 10.1 came with a 1.4 GHz dual-core processor and the new one will be outfitted with a quad-core Exynos processor. There's no word on pricing or availability as of now, but do stay tuned to this space for more details.
