LG to Flaunt World's Largest 21:9 Monitor at CES 2014

LG's latest and record-breaking Ultra Wide displays will be on display at CES 2014. On the right is LG's professional real 4K IPS display.

LG announced its plan to unveil the world’s largest 21:9 Ultra Wide IPS 34-inch monitor that is capable of displaying QHD resolution (up to 3,440 x 1,440 resolution) at CES in Las Vegas next year.

The monitor, which was designed for both work and play, boasts high-speed Thunderbolt 2 connection, DisplayPort 1.2 support, and the ability to reproduce 99 percent of the sRGB color palette as it is color calibrated.

CES 2014, which will be held from January 7 to January 10, 2014 will also see the LG’s range of leaner and more economical 21:9 Ultra Wide series monitors, which are available in 25-, 29-, and 34-inches in display size.

LG will also showcase its Real 4K monitor and Color Prime monitor. LG's Real 4K 31-inch IPS display is capable of displaying 4,096 x 2,160 pixels screen resolution, while the Color Prime monitor is designed to be ideal for photographers, video editors and industry that require high transfer speeds and professional-level color accuracy.
