The latest edition to the tough XP series of FinePix cameras allows for sharing of high quality images on social media platforms on top of the usual photo taking capabilities. With Wireless Image Transfer, users can connect to an Android smartphone/tablet or iPhone/iPad with the camera and upload images to SNS as soon as a picture is shot.

Built with rubberized coating and riveted metal hand-grip, the 14-megapixel FinePix XP170 can withstand drops and knocks. Underwater photographers can dive twice as deep with it (to depths of 10m) as compared to the XP50. Also, it can resist temperatures down to -10 degrees Celsius, and is dust and sand proof.

Featuring Fujinon 5x wide optical zoom lens with a water repellent coating, the battery/memory cover comes with “the Double Lock” for protection against weather conditions. Also, the FinePix XP170 is capable of shooting full HD 1080p movies.

The Fujifilm FinePix XP170 is available in orange and blue.
